Here's the update...
on January 24th, I got a refund! Let's see, that was 6 months and 20 days...
I would like to think it's a sign that they are trying to turn things around over there, but they've lost me as a customer anyway. I had to work too hard just to get my money back! How crazy is it that I got my refund just 2 days after my blog post, when I've been trying to get someone to talk to me for months? Coincidence? Hmmmm...

I am very sorry the refund was not sufficient to make you happy, I did read your blog which is how I knew there was a problem, and yes that is why I helped to solve it. Are you suggesting I shouldn't have done that? I would have thought you would be glad. Again I apologize for the mix up. Seth is always telling everyone to send him an e-mail and he'll make everything all better, but he never answers the e-mails. :(
Well I am glad you got your money back but I definately would not do business with him his name and website is in my book!
